Digital Product License

1. Grant of License

Each individual purchase of a digital product on JH Code Hub grants the purchaser an ongoing, non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license to use, customize, and integrate the digital product files to create an end-product.

2. What You CAN Do (Permitted Usage)

• You may create one end-product for yourself or for a paying client.
• You may deploy the compiled end-product on public web domains, app stores, or cloud servers.
• You may charge users or subscribers to access your compiled SaaS application or website.
• You may modify the source code, delete components, and combine with other software libraries.
• Attribution is not required in your production application.

3. What You CANNOT Do (Prohibitions)

• You may NOT re-distribute, resell, sublicense, or share the original source files, Figma files, or product archive in raw format.
• You may NOT upload the source code or design files to public repositories (such as public GitHub or GitLab repos).
• You may NOT bundle this product as an asset inside a competitive website builder, template marketplace, or theme directory.
• You may NOT claim copyright ownership over the original underlying framework code.

4. Unauthorized Sharing Notice

While access controls and signed temporary download tokens reduce unauthorized sharing, we remind customers that pirating, redistributing, or publishing purchased assets infringes copyright law and will result in permanent account termination and legal action.
