What do I receive upon purchasing a digital product?
You receive instant access to download the full, unminified digital archive (ZIP) containing source code, Figma design files, configuration assets, database schemas, and documentation. You can re-download this archive at any time from your customer dashboard.
How do digital file downloads work securely?
Original files are stored in private, non-public storage. When you click Download in your account, our backend verifies your paid entitlement and generates a tamper-proof, short-lived signed link that expires after 60 minutes to reduce unauthorized distribution.
What payment methods can I use?
We use Razorpay Standard Checkout which supports all popular payment methods in India and internationally, including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amex), Net Banking across 50+ financial institutions, and digital wallets.
Can I use the templates for commercial software and client projects?
Yes. Our Standard Single License allows you to create one commercial or personal end-product for yourself or a paying client. For multi-client agencies or redistributable SaaS products, review our Digital Product License.
Do you provide updates when technologies (e.g. Next.js, Node.js) upgrade?
Yes! We actively maintain our templates to support major framework releases, security patches, and package updates. When a new version is released, it is available for download in your My Downloads dashboard at no extra cost.
What is your refund policy for digital goods?
Because digital downloads are non-tangible, irrevocable assets provided immediately upon payment, all sales are generally final once the download has been accessed.
